Wall Street, perhaps not but a considerable amount of black money can be filtered through the 'market ' & it comes out squeaky clean, taking our money with it. It's a win win situation. Authorities appear to be concentrating on bitcoin as far as ill begotten fortunes are concerned. Classic example of creating a diversion while the crime is committed elsewhere.
