Totally agree, also Cuba’s problem is that the some refineries are in need of an upgrade. With the long standing USA embargo, that may well mean China in exchange for oil exports.
All in all it still looks quite prosperous at this point. Just doubt it’s going to run as quick as some here would like. Looking forward to getting monies in the bank to bolster further infrastructure.
As Cuba doesn’t have any Coal mines and depending on NG reserves, it may behoove them to change to Natural Gas for power generation. Now that’d be nice. ;-)
