Imo AP at 230mil shares mist awarded free is a fair compensation. He doesn't need any more shares award until he starts performing. Ok. If he doesnt like it its too bad he can quit and sell out. To continuously reward based on sub par performance is just not good enough imo. The board needs to learn a lesson. Make decisions good for share holders and be rewarded and not until then. The market knows how to read MAY clearly.
