Like Mr Feral, I too have never voted on any company resolutions in the past, but will do so the first time with MAY. Resolution 4 does not gel well with me either. Most likely not able to influence the outcome, as I am not a major shareholder, but my holding in MAY grants me eight digits worth of votes, and I hope that this at least will register as a strong protest vote.
