Just putting it out there. Has the US not recently lifted its embargo on Cuban oil? It may take the weekend to sink in to the market but May should be firing on all cylinders immediately, should have a positive impact on the s.p, imo. Cuba, apparently can use the lot but USA is one hell of a market should there be any spillage imo.
