    Why late Dec or Jan?

    Unless things have changed November still has 30 days, and it's the 2nd Nov today. If AP is in Cuba in a few weeks, soon after AGM (ie say 3 x 7 = 21 days) ahead of commencement (say 1 week ahead = 7 days) then I'd suggest it's more likely to spud at the start of Dec.
