    interesting article. are they talking about seismic in Cuba, or seismic in the offshore blocks of Venezuela?
    I hope AP is being careful here. Dealing with Maduró is akin to dealing with the mafia. Just ask Guiana, or the international oil majors that had to leave Venezuela not so long ago when Venezuela thought it would be a good idea to nationalise the oil industry and kick out the foreigners.
