    Correct me if i am wrong but did we not all just see the struggle the Cubans are in with the shortage?
    If not for the US embargo on Cuba, they'd be sprawling activity.
    If "Heavy Oil" isn't worth a penny or two how do you explain? Varadero which is still in operation?
