Not obvious to me why he would be happy to do that?....looks like sonangol were happy enough to darken cupets door with Melbana and share their development plans, why would ap have no confidence in managent when he is management? Wouldn't he be happier with a higher sp to make him more personally wealthy and able to raise cash if needed at a higher price?
Why is he happy to drag it out, you're not explaining that?
