By Nov or from now until Nov?
Bering in mind they are currently shut in on 1B and it only flowed at around 1250bopd, I'm assuming you did mean 5 by Nov. after drilling further wells.
Takes 200 days of production at 5kbopd to get to 1m bbl. so it going to ready in 2024 for the ship.
