Although it should be watched with interest, Id say that protests like this are not entirely uncommon in Cuba much like the rest of the third / developing world. Am not saying the people don't have legitimate issues, but wouldn't be calling regime collapse based on this kind of reporting.
Besides, we really only need to worry if the CIA in Langley start referring the protest as a Color revolution.
