May are paid in arrears by Jv partner after invoicing them, they've sent sonangol an invoice and hadn't received payment at time of quarterly, it'll be paid.
This quarter they'll have sent another invoice.
Same as you get a water bill and then pay it, you're not reqd to stay in credit with the water board are you?
Rather than stating you're worried, what are you worried about and why? Have sonangol not been paying their bills? What have you unearthed?
