Its an accounting thing unfortunately with the internal processing of Sonangol, it's common with every company to have invoices paid late at some level. Its odd that the junior partner is doing the hard yards but it's working and the skill set developed by the company will be good in the long term. No reason why they couldn't repeat this experience elsewhere globally if the opportunity arises.
As long as the JV is progressing with approvals and getting a FID for a drill campaign agreed on we should be in good stead.
