hmm, I don't recall anyone saying that, and if they did, they had the examples of the Amistad Mcdaniels report (ASX:14/03/2022), Alameda (ASX:08/07/2022), & Marti's report (ASX:1/08/2022) as an example.
On the other hand, I do believe >22.3 API, & economical flow rate will bring an appreciation to the share price.
Usually from my observations "smart money" gets in before the others and it goes from there. Potential shareholders are on a scale in my opinion, with some willing to jump in increasingly the further de-risked the project gets. Pretty normal.
I myself was hoping for the share price to go lower, but this support at this level seems to be fairly persistent, so I have given up trying to buy lower.
