hmm no. Logic tells me that a company doesn't need to explain why every change happens. It would be almost a full time job to go into that level of detail to explain why all changes occur. I have never seen anything like that on the ASX, and just because it doesn't happen doesn't mean you are not "respected" (logical fallacy).
