plenty of good news today, it might be a repeat of past announcement but had a bit more clarity to it, if not confidence in the wording.

i fully expected the SP to go quick to 10 or beyond but it slumps, don't get it, is there a large shareholding that are not keen or repeat announcements that seem a pump and dump, combined with director/s sellings.. (tax reasoning, i hope true)... hence looks all suc.

someone mention going to jail for insider trading. they might be 3months (more like 12), but sit on millions when they get out, or will the shares be treated as the proceeds of crime.
all not likely, and we have to trust the reason for the sell down in need of cash...they could have sold and brought heaps of options as well as pay tax bills, not that there are not heaps of options available.
