Its a bit simplistic to say the market rejected the announcement and sold off it off as fail
The SP Increased from 24c to a high of 34c on turnover of 45m shares, with the majority of turnover above 31c (VWAP ???) - whilst it has drifted down since then it has been on relatively low turnover and an extended trading holiday period.
As usual most of the sell orders are out of the market and are only there to scare
