I wouldn't mind if they bring it down to the wire last-minute for the update IF it were also to be an update inclusive of Beehive/Santos as well as the Swan & Vesta farmout process.

As much/little time as AP visits/spends time in Cuba, he should be putting his shoulder to the wheel right here in Australia to get our Gas prospects moving where he actually spends the majority of his year.

Imo, a certain amount of the s/p being 'held back' is down to sentiment.
Not all of it is to do with the cr*p created with drilling problems - I think some of it is related to Geopolitical tensions.

Let's face it - the Russians are still welcome in Cuba and they're not very happy with Australians supporting Ukraine.

Any kind of backup plan Melbana might have looks like a long way off.

The relationship with Santos & Beehive began in 2017 !
Yet, Santos are concentrating on the Barossa Gas Project at offshore Darwin with no sign of them wanting to devote any effort on Beehive. Indeed, they're working on expanding the Barossa project so it looks like being a long time (if ever) that they shuffle over to Melbana's Permit at Beehive.

So if AP could get thoughts off his next 1st Class flight to Cuba, pull the finger out, and de-risk the company by getting the Australian assets moving with pressure on Santos as well as a farmin partner for Swan/Vesta then that'd be refreshing.

At the end of the day, there doesn't seem to be much reason for him to be in Cuba at all because the remediation work is well and truly under way...all IMO
