to mes'the underlying tone seems to be .... pending finance, think its likely our partners will chip in with further finance going into other areas... or that early TO from them, they will see some oil flow and future potential of whats to come.and be willing to take the risk at a very cheap buyin price. after all they are still in at the low ground level of investment. could we get to a TO of 20cent still cheap to them? not the 60cent plus we once thought if more fell into places for us...but it seem most things went wrong including long long tiimelines 3 years late to get here... and nothing is clear cut.. like flowing 5000plus a day with mulit rig planned to be pumping along side in 6months, so 5000 x ???(4min) a day, now that a real target.
