I would think they have already started to drill? From the latest announcement they are expecting to have preliminary results of Amistad-2 by end of this month.
"The next joint venture meeting is currently planned for late June to considerpreliminary results expected by that time from Amistad-2"
Preliminary results are pretty hard to discuss if you haven't started yet.
Has anyone heard from the company otherwise?
