Let’s be honest, we didn’t invest for Cuba’s energy self-sufficiency. We invested for exports, and here they come. Sure, it’s one shipment, but after years of geological drama and diplomatic slow burns, we’ll take it.
Progress? Yes. Party time? Not quite. But at least it’s no longer just oil on paper.
