As I understand it, Block 9 (specifically Alameda) is heavy low-sulphur crude - and in terms of typical Cuban crudes, is on the more valuable side. Possibly more valuable than the heavy sour Albertan crude (oil sands) US refineries use (Western Canadian Select, currently ~$54USD per barrel). But price is also going to be determined by geo-political factors, volume, reliability, etc.
