Your assessment is fine but not corroborated. When they have sustained production and a strong cashflow, you will be justified. I hope they do but I have significant doubts based on their performance . Even should they achieve this, the question you raised “why not before” is ever present. As I pointed out, good Mx should establish a strong cashflow as a priority, not as a belated afterthought when all else has failed. Mx is focused on self, not the long suffering SH. I have no regard for their acumen or moral perspective. That is not because I lost a heap, it’s what I was saying all along. On a personal note I am selling my McMansion and downsizing to the south coast to spend time in the rivers, estuaries and forests that abound there. MAY and Cuba don’t rate any more. My better half noted your post so as a courtesy I thought to respond. I am no longer in the market. Cheers all.
