    The usual modus operandus is to have news thats bad tempered by some sort of bait and switch with this man.
    So expect the explaination(s) of the delays to be tempered by the first consignment sent on its way albeit 8 months late( good news?) Followed by a pivot of some sort in operations ( not great) formation damage to great? Could be anything? Then buoyed by news of aussie properties to finish.
