You seem to forget that the word “expected” in any Melbana announcement is a money back guarantee that it will not happen at the stated time.
We are all still awaiting the “expected” “first oil shipment before then end of the year” from September 2024. I do reluctantly admit, they didn’t say before the end of which exact year, so they might still be on target for that one too.
