Maybe I wasn’t clear. The comments seem to be suggesting that Directors are selling share to exercise options. That is not what the release says. The release says they were party to a block trade of the options, which means a third party has purchased the options from them at 35c.
So, I am saying the drop in the share price is because a large holder who is not a Director raising funds to exercise options is selling.
