Ann: Block Trade to Facilitate Early Exercise of Options, page-13

My interpretation:

- they sold shares they already own

- they now have cash to pay for the options

- today or early next week they will receive the new shares from the opinions' exercise

- in theory, if I am correct, they have to file selling those shares and then refile receiving the new shares

I assume we get a monthly update soon and from here onwards this should be the end of this frustratingly lagging share price. All these posts on here of happy customers yesterday have to translate into decent orders and hence revenues as the year progresses.
