maybe there is a second leg to the crossing and will be done in the next few days .. sometimes they are split as new investor needs to move funds across of open accounts etc .. or maybe they both had enough funds to convert the extra themselves and pay the tax or a combination of both but at the end of the day 3.4 or so mio comes into the company not mater what picture you try and paint that is a good result
