I was doing a bit of background research on the management team and found it interesting that Graeme Kaufman (Paradigm Chairman) was ousted from Bionomics board as chairman back in 2016 for issuing shares at a 15% discount to the then-current share price to overseas US investors.
This obviously isn't the same scenario as with PAR but just an interesting insight on his background, issuing shares to US investors when it didnt make sense to. Not sure if anyone else thats been a shareholder on Bionomics has more info?
