So COVID wave 1 has delayed our results by 1Q. Is this unexpected? Most companies have cancelled or re-issued guidance. Why would long term investors sell due to an expected delay in results by 1Q? Doesn't make sense to me unless they are actually short term traders.
I can get behind the idea that wave 2 is coming, we have seen a glimpse of it in China already but there are also some 1300 clinical trials going on around the planet. Its just hope vs skepticism. Its also important to note we are 50% off pre-COVID levels, its a gamble with bigger upside than downside in my opinion.
I have taken precautionary measures too by reducing exposure to companies that will be effected by a possible escalation of trade war but happy to wait on PAR's 3Q results.
