I'm not at all concerned, his intention is stated, pay off some loan...upgrade his house, clear some tax. He still has massive skin in the game. Has to be done at some stage. He also hasn't sold since inception. This isn't even a blip...
Wait for two years and then look back on this day, you won't be able to find this day as it means nothing.
