An important point that people need to realise is that Directors have Windows in which they can and can't sell shares to avoid any conflict of interest / insider trading etc. So what may seem like a logical time to buy or sell for us is not available to them. For example PR may already know (I suspect he never was in doubt) about the N=10 NFL preliminary results. Hence he is not able to hold and wait for the opportune time to off-load (ie after announcement of the results) when you would expect the shareprice to rise.
We will see who brought in good time. Such a big stake never stays quiet for long.
