Because as iot is labelled as a iot business it makes for a very uncomplicated rto imo to convert to block chain business as don't have to register change of business etc. For a blockchain stock with 3 key blockchain experts I don't agree $6.6m makes for expensive blockchain stock as case in point compare to s3r which is a basic shell with no revenues and stated looking at blockchain experts and appointed blockchain advisor.
