I'm sure it more the adrenaline rush it gives majority of people that makes them divide their time between directorships. than compensations. Having the ability to help take a company from small time to a top 100 on any share market must give them a incredible rush. Don't get me wrong, for me as a investor it would be great of JB attention was fully on WFE, but sometimes these guys work more productively by spreading themselves thinly, maybe we don't understand that but for me what he's doing so far is working so why change the plan.
