Ann: Blue Endeavour decision appealed seeking changes to conditio, page-7

Maybe I haven't expressed my opinion clearly enough, or maybe you haven't comprehended what I've written. I haven't mentioned what they are appealing - that was never my point. My point was that they should respect the decision of the extremely thorough, lengthy and costly Resource Consent process, which they were involved with from the start. I disagree that appeals are a normal part of the process - they add more time and cost to an already lengthy and costly process. By appealing, they are saying they disagree with the decision their fellow civil servants have made. It is a waste of tax payer money to have civil servants disagreeing with each other and appealing each other's decisions.
