46 Million shares... so under substantial holding limit, but from memory UBS, JEF and that weird Sydney investment mob that sends fax's are the only holders with that amount (unless someone has been acquiring). It might just be JEF having to move some around, I think he holds them in his SMSF which he might need some cash in.
