The more small bits of dirt they get the more they can ask for a raise and the more they can look like an exploration company and the more the BODs can earn an income. The tenements are very very small in size going off the announcement.
Also knowing how much mining and research over the past 100 years or so around Paynes Find has been done, why now would there all of a sudden be Lithium and REEs there in this very small patch of dirt. I can see why the market isn't liking this - outside of asking holders for money at some stage to explore it, the cost to the company for fees and government levies etc on it is an ongoing cost to holders.
