Announcement today explains why the share price started rising recently. Clients of Blue Ocean who received a copy of the report prior to it being released today most likely started buying especially since the reports price target was $1.40.
Share price will need to consolidate at some point in my opinion as the report states that there is an expected wait of 3 to 6 months before an offtake agreement is reached. Key question is when and at what price the consolidation will start to happen.
