Yet another dilution of share capital at the expense of retail SHs. My understanding of drilling vertical and horizontal is that each drill hole could cost in excess of $.5m. Thus, $10m is not going to cover many. If they got so much of 1p and 2p why couldn't they get a partner via sale or profit share basis. BLU need lot more $$$$$ to get to realising an income stream. $10m is a short term measure. Very disappointing.
