1 I'd say there's 99% chance that the AUM will be reduced after the review, 2 different accountants 2 different views & mngt will want to make clean sheet of it.
2 There are plenty of financial commentators who have said that already based on what was in the public domain (see AFR for example).
3 Not after the review, legal costs, pr costs & reduced fees from lack deals they won't
