I looked at Bfa last year when they were $8.50 & thought it was overvalued, only to see the price sail past $12.50.

Looking from the outside i suspect there is partial truth on both sides but the reputation of Blue Sky will be the loser. Glaucus have already made a mint irrespective of whether they are proved wrong.
In order to win their US lawsuit they would have to disclose what they are claiming they can't to the market, which imo is bs.

Avoid unless you like a gamble
