Glaucus have identified inconsistencies and irregularities in BLA's valuation and fee generation model and BLA have said nothing in reply. This is absolutely a scandal. If BLA are so virtous why do they say nothing in reply? They have lost all credibility and the company is in real trouble as a result.
If they are fraudulent, then they all belong in jail.
It they aren't fraudulent, then they don't belong on the board of a public company.
In any case, this company looks unlikely to ever recover.
