As BLA has no restrictions on margin loans, it would not surprise if a few of these directors have debt against these shares to fund other things and may be facing some financial pressure now.

Though Kain is losing personal wealth doesn't Kain Lawyers do most of the legal work for Blue Sky. They would be the main beneficiaries of leaving processes unchanged. Potential conflict of interest?
