This together with the panic they have sewn explains the tank in price. They have killed confidence and BLAs opaque reporting has seeded the doubts. Do we believe BLA and their team of professional valuaters on valuations or the shorters.  The ironic thing is that the opaque reporting does not enable the shorters to do a considered valuation so their claims are in essence a sham but in a world of fake news and reports this does not seem to matter much.
