I think getting shares at current price range is great - I also have no spare funds at the moment.
Sellers would have to be investors who recently got shares (before the jump into the 4 cent range). Most of us who have held shares for a while and endured the false start due to rule changes a year ago are now just too stubborn to part with out holdings
