Part of the reason BNL (and any helium play imo) looks so good is that the US had a giant reserve and decided to run it down commencing 2014 ...
Difficult stuff to stockpile anyway so to guarantee supply the US government would need to seize the means of production ... which would be ... err ... a bit Marxist of them.
But ... on the other hand, pretty much anything out of the US lacks surprise value these days ...
