So roughly $250m debt, $110m equity. If the proposal falls through, the BBT path to growth looks a little harder. TAB, Sportsbet, Ladbrokes remain in a different league and probably dont see a lot of appeal in buying Pointsbet or Betr. Sportsbet and Ladbrokes are more likely to get into a bidding war over TAB.
So we end up with Sportsbet & a merged TAB/Ladbrokes. Then daylight to Pointsbet, Betr, B365. Then daylight to a lot of small guys.
Maybe MIXI buys Betr??
