Well done to the whole WGX team. Run rate is now well on its way to 600ktpa from Bluebird. Nice to see the grade improve too. If they can just keep the grade around 3.7g/t, they are looking at around 70k ounces over a 12 month period. Basically half filling the Bluebird plant alone. Tack on another 450ktpa from Paddy, and.... well, that is the question isn't it as to how best to fill the rest of the mill. They could potentially truck 500ktpa from Big Bell, leaving 900ktpa to go to Tuckabianna, coupled with Great Fingall and any other operations, to more than fill Tucka.
I even wonder... if they could truck some of Paddy's ore to Fortnum (though its likely a 150km+ distance). Really enable them to source the best ore for the best mill vs capacity etc.
Securing MGV provides a source of higher grade open pit, which relieves pressure on the U/G ops... though... I do wonder if GBR could fill a fair bit of the same need. WGX has a lot more options to fill its mill through bolt on acquisitions, which is a plus for them.
I should add the exploration result for that hole bodes well for further mine extensions.
Meanwhile, they can just keep refining the production at the current mines.
