Upgrade.... or just replace the whole thing and move the operations down the road a bit to Dalgaranga I think its the costs that are the biggest issue at the Bluebird plant... will have to look at just how old the whole plant is. Now just need Starlight to perform closer to expectations and WGX is going to fly.
