I find this wording rather interesting in the Bluechiip...

I find this wording rather interesting in the Bluechiip announcement:

Bluechiip will provide a credit of up to $1,350,000 USD on sales under this new supply arrangement. (NB This would imply they are actually giving Labcon $1,350,000 of product at no cost to Labcon and a poor outcome for Bluechiip)

I would have felt better if the wording was this:

Bluechiip will provide credit of up to $1,350,000 USD on sales under this new supply arrangement. (This wording would be great, as it means Bluechiip would simply give Labcon credit to buy product and Labcon would pay for it at a later time)

Does anyone know for sure which of these two it is?? Are we giving Labcon $1,350,000 of product, or are we selling them product and giving them credit terms of $1,350,000 so they can pay for it later on.
